Buffalo Bills star cornerback Tre’Davious White is tapping into his inner recruiter in hopes of landing the NFL’s biggest remaining free agent in Odell Beckham Jr.

On Wednesday, White, who was recently activated off of the PUP list, admitted that his recruiting efforts have ramped up as of late.

The Bills All-Pro cornerback revealed that he has sent Beckham about 2,700 Buffalo Bills emojis to promote the idea of the two college teammates joining forces in the NFL.

Beckham and White played together at LSU in 2013. White was a freshman while Beckham was playing in his junior season, which would wind up being his last year in college. White said they have remained good friends over the years.

Beckham continues to rehabilitate his ACL, which he tore in last year’s Super Bowl playing with the Los Angeles Rams. The expectation is that Beckham has a legitimate shot to be ready by December. However, where he will sign remains a mystery.

White joins his teammate Von Miller as Beckham’s lead recruiters in Buffalo. But its quarterback Josh Allen who would likely factor in as the primary reason Beckham lands with the Bills.

The Bills’ players are clearly going all in on Beckham, though it’s general manager Brandon Beane who will make the final decision. If the Bills win the OBJ sweepstakes, Allen and this offense would have an embarrassment of riches with playmakers littered across the field.
