Bills vs. Panthers Week 8 Broadcast Map: Josh Allen and the offense look to bounce back in a big way
Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are looking to bounce back after back-to-back losses.
The Buffalo Bills have had a nice extended break and are looking to right some of the wrongs that have been present in back-to-back losses. A game against the Carolina Panthers is up next, with quarterback Josh Allen and the offense eager to get back out on the field.
506sports.com shared a graphic that shows where around the country you’ll be able to tune in and watch the upcoming matchup. Unfortunately for Bills Mafia around the country, a lot of the nation won’t be able to watch the reigning MVP in action.
Bills at Panthers broadcast map
FOX’s slate of games is expansive, with the orange indicating where across the country viewers will be getting the Panthers and Bills game. It’s competing with the New York Giants at the Philadelphia Eagles (red), San Francisco at Houston Texans (blue), and the Cleveland Browns at New England contests (yellow). The late game, Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints, is shown in green.

3 players to watch in Bills vs. Panthers
- Quarterback Josh Allen: The offense struggled in the second half against the Atlanta Falcons, after coming off a loss to the divisional rivals in the New England Patriots. Head coach Sean McDermott is undefeated after a bye week, and there have been plenty of questions swirling on One Bills Drive after a few bad games on offense. Allen hears the noise and will surely rise to the occasion once again. Anytime No. 17 is on the football field, he’s a player to watch.
- Running back James Cook: The team needs to get Cook cooking. In the loss against the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots, Cook didn’t have a single catch. Now, he’s a running back, so that might not seem like a huge deal, but the $48 million man wasn’t on the field for any of the team’s third or fourth down conversions, and had limited touches in the second half against the Falcons. Despite all that, Cook is still among the league’s best in terms of total yards, and the offense needs to do whatever it can to get him more touches. In the team’s four wins, Cook had over 100 scrimmage yards, something that they’ll look to get back to against the Panthers.
- Edge Michael Hoecht: The return of Hoecht. Bills Mafia remembers all too well how dominant the edge rusher looked during the preseason. After serving six-week suspensions, both Hoecht and Larry Ogunjobi will be available to the team. It couldn’t have come at a better time, as both injuries and overall success of the defensive front have been lacking, especially in the run game. The team has been generating pressure up front already, and adding another dynamic pass rusher in Hoecht could go a long way toward Buffalo getting a few more sacks throughout the contest. For Ogunjobi, here’s hoping his addition, along with the return of Ed Oliver, will help stop the bleeding when it comes to teams running against Buffalo.
