The Buffalo Bills added three new faces to the roster on Friday, one of which really stood out as being a surprise.

Buffalo has signed wide receiver Chase Claypool, who has bounced around the league over the last two seasons.

Claypool began his career in 2020 with the Steelers as a second-round pick, and looked like he was prime to be a star. He had nine touchdown receptions as a rookie on 62 catches, and had a four-touchdown game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Claypool had 59 catches in his sophomore campaign and was dealt to the Chicago Bears in 2022. From there, he struggled to find his footing. Claypool had only 18 catches in 10 games with the Bears before he was sent to the Miami Dolphins, where he caught only four passes on seven targets. Now, he hopes to resurrect his career with Josh Allen as his quarterback.

The Bills also signed former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Deion Jones and defensive end Dawuane Smoot.
