Brandon Beane apparently isn't done overhauling the defensive line, agreeing with the third defensive linemen since the start of the legal tampering period on Monday with the latest being former Pittsburgh Steeler's defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi.

It's another one-year deal, but it carries decent value with $8 million guaranteed, and incentives that could earn Ogunjobi up to $10 million.

Ogunjobi continues a trend of traits this offseason, as Beane has now brought in two defensive linemen in Ogunjobi and Michael Hoecht that have athleticism, pass rush ability, and the versatility to play multiple positions. Ogunjobi is capable of absorbing double teams and working as a one-tech, or lining up between the guard and tackle as a three-tech.

"The Steelers decided to part ways with Ogunjobi to start the legal tampering period, signaling the end of a solid tenure in Pittsburgh," A to Z's Steelers reporter Rob Gregson said. "Larry O provides suitable interior pass rush, but he was starting to struggle against the run by the end of the 2024 season."

"For the Bills, he doesn’t need to be a star, just serviceable. With Rousseau inked for years to come and the splash of Joey Bosa, getting Ogunjobi back in a 4-down defense and with help on the edges brings him closer to his dominant days with the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns."

It's definitely a depth signing, but it adds another valuable asset to the defensive line as the offseason progresses. More importantly, the Bills are getting very close to checking off pretty much all of their offseason needs, giving them tons of flexibility for how to attack the 2025 NFL Draft
