The Buffalo Bills are showing up to Highmark Stadium for a huge game against the Jets, but that doesn't mean they can't have fun in the process. Leave it to star left tackle Dion Dawkins, whose version of "game ready" is lighthearted and amped, to arrive full of personality.

Hilariously, Dawkins rolled up to the stadium rocking his own jersey number, something I don't think I've ever seen a non-wide receiver do. Typically reserved as a diva move, the graduate of "you already schnow university" is clearly ready to go.

Before entering the locker room, Dawkins stopped and posed for the camera, throwing some shadow boxing jabs while yelling "it's Jets week! Who ready? Who ready?" before giving a big smile and bouncing into the locker room.

The shadow boxing isn't for nothing, either. Dawkins has a long history with the New York Jets, including going on a scathing rant about how much he hates them after a postgame dust up after a November 2023 game, and calling Michael Clemons "bitch boy," and getting into multiple scuffles, including drawing a fine in their Week 6 meeting for unsportsmanlike conduct when he swatted away a water bottle from a staff member of the Jets. There's no love lost between Dawkins and the Jets, and preparing for a fight probably isn't the worst thing in the world. Odds are there will be plenty of pushing and shoving.

Back in the spring, when discussing free agency with Kay Adams, Dawkins was asked about the team adding to the wide receiver room. In his response, he said "as long as we not getting no Jets guys, we good."

The heated AFC East rivalry isn't much of a rivalry, but the teams definitely don't like each other. Quarterback Josh Allen has an 8-4 record against the Jets, winning seven of their last nine meetings. With a win today, the Bills would clinch the No. 2 seed in the AFC before Week 18, giving them an opportunity to get healthy before the playoffs.

There's plenty to play for today, and Dawkins is clearly ready to roll.
