The Buffalo Bills are giving one player the perfect gift over Christmas weekend.
Buffalo is elevating running back Leonard Fournette to the active roster for their Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Bills signed Fournette to the practice squad back in October, and he will finally be making his season debut.
Fournette last spent the previous three seasons in Tampa Bay with the Buccaneers, winning a Super Bowl in 2020.
Fournette spend the first three seasons of his career in Jacksonville with the Jaguars after being drafted fourth overall in the 2017 NFL Draft. He has two 1,000 yard seasons under his belt in 2017 and 2019. The LSU product has rushed for 4,478 yards and 34 touchdowns in his career and will look to add onto those totals in his Bills debut.
