Several prospects raised their draft status throughout the course of the NFL Combine, which could change the Bills' plan when it comes to how they attack the NFL Draft.
With the Combine all but wrapped up, here is my latest four-round mock draft for the Buffalo Bills.
Round 1, Pick 28: EDGE Chop Robinson, Penn State
Robinson may not even make it to 28 after the week he had. He tested well, he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.49 seconds, and the Bills need a top-tier edge rusher. With A.J. Epenesa hitting the free agent market, and Von Miller taking a step back in 2023, Robinson would step in and be the go-to edge- at least they would need him to be.
Round 2, Pick 60: WR Xavier Worthy, Texas
This is another guy that Buffalo would be lucky if he's still around when they are on the clock in the second round. Worthy broke the NFL record with a 40-yard dash time of 4.21 this past week at the Combine. He's not just a speed guy, either. He has a complete route tree, and can be plugged inside or outside. Speed kills, and the Bills need some juice. Josh Allen launching bombs to Worthy would be a welcome sight in the 716.
Round 3, Pick 99: WR Javon Baker, UCF
Back to back receivers for the Bills in the middle of the draft. Baker is very much a downfield threat, and his contested catch rate of 56.3 was higher than the national average, per PFF. Getting the combination of Worthy and Baker would give Josh Allen two new targets that would be instant difference makers for the Bills' offense.
Round 4, Pick 129: CB Caelen Carson, Wake Forest
Carson claims to be the stickiest cornerback in this draft. He's balanced when it comes to his ability to play press-man and zone coverage, and he isn't afraid to jump up and defend the run. The Bills have multiple questions when it pertains to the cornerback position, which could leave them in the market for a cornerback come draft time.
