The Buffalo Bills have a lot of new faces in their wide receivers room. One of the few familiar faces, and someone they are expecting big things out of is Khalil Shakir.

Shakir hauled in 39 passes in his second season, and had an additional 10 catches and two touchdowns in the playoffs.

On the first day of mandatory minicamp, though, Shakir sustained what appeared to be a lower body injury according to Sal Capaccio.

"Khalil Shakir left practice early with what appeared to be some sort of lower body injury," Capaccio said on X. "He was chatting with trainers for a while, then limped off the field and into the fieldhouse and did not return."

While the severity of the injury is unknown, we'll hope it's nothing major and that Shakir can take it easy for the remainder of minicamp and rest up during the month off before training camp rolls around.
