The Buffalo Bills added veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling to their roster this week, giving the Bills a deep threat on the outside opposite of rookie Keon Coleman.

According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, this all came to be after MVS spent time with Josh Allen at his home.

"Josh Allen had him over to his house for dinner Monday night as part of the receiver's free agent visit," Fowler wrote on X. "The two hit it off, and MVS decided that night he wanted to be a Bill.

MVS had a visit with the Chargers, as well, but will be lining up in the blue, red, and white this season.

The former fifth-round pick is a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs. He has 186 career receptions for 3,155 yards and 16 touchdowns.
