The Buffalo Bills landed a player in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft that will be an instant fan favorite.

With the No. 72 overall pick, the Bills selected Arkansas Razorbacks edge rusher Landon Jackson.

Jackson is a high energy player who plays with a ton of enthusiasm and passion.

The 6-foot-7 edge rusher shows up in big games (5.5 of his 6.5 sacks came in SEC play last season), and he truly leaves it all on the field. Jackson is a dog in every sense of the word that will undoubtedly be embraced by Bills Mafia.

Jackson proved his worth against NFL competition via his play against LSU's Will Campbell, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Landon Jackson Scouting Report

Edge, Arkansas

: (01/02/2003)

A to Z Sports Expected Draft Position: No. 61

Pre-Draft Round Projection: 2

If you just look at the traits and measurables with Landon Jackson, you wonder how he's not in the running for EDGE #1. At over 6'6" 264 pounds with a forty-yard dash time in the 4.6s and a 40-inch vertical, he's a specimen of an athlete. However, he's still growing in more ways than one. He's added size to his frame over the past few years and should be expected to continue to build up as he just turned 22 in January. But his movements look like someone still learning their body, as there isn't a lot of grace, fluidity, or bend to his pass rush. He lacks the brute strength to be a bull rusher against some of the league's strongest tackles. If a team can hone in all the traits and craft its game plan accordingly, Jackson could be a problem for offenses. – A to Z Sports' Rob Gregson
