It has been a tremendously busy day for the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo parted ways with five veteran players, including safety Jordan Poyer, cornerback Tre'Davious White, and center Mitch Morse. Buffalo also let go of receiver Deonte Harty and running back safety Siran Neal.

Now, they are getting another big hand that will free up more cap space as we approach the new league year.

Von Miller is taking a pay cut and reworking his contract. His base salary has gone from $17.145 million to $1.5 million with a $7 million signing bonus, which makes his base salary $8.5 million. The new deal also has incentives that can see him earn the $17.145 million back, and more incentives worth up to $20 million.

The Bills saved $36 million against the cap with the five cuts they made today. With Miller's reworked contract, that number can climb to $45 million.
