Von Miller is clearly ready.
Hours before the AFC Championship Game, where Von Miller will be suiting up for the Bills against Patrick Mahomes and the two-time reigning Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs, he took to Instagram to post a reel full of motivation — most of it from the legendary Michael Jordan.
In the video, Miller has multiple clips of him lining up across from Mahomes, getting to the quarterback on multiple occasions. He also shows the adversity that he's had to overcome, multiple injuries and surgeries.
Through it all, though, the veteran pass rusher still has plenty of gas in the tank and plenty of speed and veteran skill to make an impact on the outcome of games. The clip shows clips from both playoff games this year, where Miller has made his impact felt with a long fumble recovery against the Ravens, and led the team with five pressures and a QB hit against the Broncos in the Wild Card Round.
Miller has had an up and down season, in large part because of a suspension in the early part of the season, and while some Bills fans might be trying to hold him to the superstar standards that he used to play at when Buffalo gave him the lofty contract that they did.
All it takes for Miller to cement himself in Bills Mafia lore would be a clutch play against Mahomes that helps send the Bills through to the Super Bowl. Taking wisdom from one of the greatest athletes of all time is a good place to start, as Miller gears up for a knockdown fight against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
