Before the season even begins, the Buffalo Bills have had the best play in the NFL, in any camp.
Damar Hamlin has made national headlines all week. The talented safety was back in pads for the first time since his traumatic injury that almost saw him lose his life. The quick thinking from Bills assistant athletic trainer Denny Kellington is a big reason why Hamlin is alive today.
While we thought the biggest storyline with Hamlin was him returning to pads for the first time, Hamlin made sure that he one-upped that himself. During the latest practice, Hamlin picked off Kyle Allen with an impressive interception and took it back to the house for a pick-six.
Admittedly, had this been in a game, Hamlin would've been ruled down by contact, but it's camp so let him run it out. The crowd lost their minds, we jumped out of our chairs, it was a remarkable moment in yet another impressive chapter in his recovery.
It's no wonder the video has quickly gone viral. Hamlin's recovery is one that they make Hollywood movies about. While Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde will be in command of the safety positions, Hamlin will get his shot to make an impact on the roster.
For those who think it's a long shot that Hamlin sees any substantial playing time, look at what he's been able to accomplish. He's already defied all the odds and made a triumphant return to the NFL. The rest is just gravy. We can't wait to see him on the field for gameday.

The Buffalo Bills safety, Damar Hamlin, is continuing his remarkable journey back to the NFL. This is the stuff they make movies about.
