The Buffalo Bills franchise quarterback took to the podium with a message for those who may be questioning Stefon Diggs: don't.
Allen, in his limited time with the media, was blunt about what was going on inside the locker room with not only his WR but his friend.
When asked if the situation was resolved and if the media was making too much out of the situation, Allen was direct.
"We don't really pay attention to it, we've moved on. We're just out here trying to be the best possible teammates we can be for the Buffalo Bills. Try to go out there and perform and continue to get better and get on the same page. Once games roll around, we can have the continued success that we've had."
The franchise quarterback was quick to shut down any negativity surrounding his All-Pro WR and went on to discuss aspects of the game he is working on, specifically protecting the football.
"If it's one thing, it's just making sure that we're holding on to the football. I forget the stat of what we were, first or second or whatever, third, drives that ended in points. When you calculate that and you can now limit some of those turnovers, what you can be after that… Making sure that I'm being smart with the football and not trying to force things, especially in the red zone."
All eyes will continue to be on Rochester as the Buffalo Bills will continue camp and their availability to the media. With the question marks surrounding Diggs and the situation ever-evolving, we don't anticipate this is the last we will hear from the team on the situation.
