Josh Allen played his heart out this season, doing everything in his power to help his team win and make a Super Bowl run.

However, the Buffalo Bills fell to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship in heartbreaking fashion, ending Allen's MVP-caliber season just short of the ultimate prize.

It was clear how hard this loss was for Allen, but a very special person wanted to show her appreciation for the quarterback.

“To say the least, I am so proud of that man,” Allen's fiance Hailee Steinfeld said in an interview with E! News. “Everything he’s done and everything that the team has done together, he is the hardest working person I know.”

Steinfeld does not publicly comment about her relationship very often, so something like this means even more. She wants the world to know how she feels about Allen's efforts and success.

And despite his season ending sooner than he would have wanted, it's still been quite the year for the quarterback.

The couple got engaged at the end of November.

And during an interview with the Associated Press in December, Allen gushed about how supportive Steinfeld is.

“She’s been a huge part. The morale, the support. When I get home, she’s my biggest fan, my biggest supporter. She’s just the best,” Allen said.

Even Allen's teammate Dion Dawkins saw the effect she has.

“There’s something about it,” Dawkins explained. “When you’re in this world that we’re in, and a lot of people pulling at you and a lot of sources of ups and downs of a roller coaster, and you have that one stable person that you can rely on and go home and hug and get a laugh no matter what, I think that’s dope. And that’s what I think is going on.”

Allen is very deserving of a Super Bowl victory and his time is coming. Plus he has all the support in the world with Steinfeld by his side.
