On Monday, Pro Football Focus NFL draft analyst Travis Sikkema named one offensive college football player that each NFL team should be watching this fall.

For the Buffalo Bills, Sikkema went with Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan.

The idea is that McMillan could be a true No. 1 wide receiver for the Bills.

From PFF: The Bills bid adieu to Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis this offseason, leaving their wide receiver room without a true difference-making WR1. They selected Keon Coleman in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and perhaps he could step into that role, but the team will likely be on the hunt for a top-tier receiver next offseason regardless.

The 6-foot-5, 210-pound McMillan looks like a rare breed when he’s on a football field. His best play brings out shades of Mike Evans.

McMillan is a former four-star recruit from Anaheim, CA who signed with Arizona during the 2022 recruiting cycle. He's also a former basketball and volleyball player, which is evidence of his elite athletic abilities.

The talented wide receiver, who possesses elite speed despite being 6-foot-5, had a solid true freshman season at Arizona, catching 39 passes for 702 yards, and eight touchdowns in 2022. McMillan was even better in 2023, catching 90 passes for 1,402 yards, and 10 touchdowns.

McMillan appears to be exactly what Buffalo needs at wide receiver. But if he has an even better 2024 season than he had in 2023, it could mean that the Bills will need to trade up in the 2025 NFL Draft to have a chance to land the potential game-changing wide receiver.
