Senior Bowl practices have officially wrapped in Mobile, and there were several guys who stood out amongst the crowded rosters as potential difference-makers at the next level.

The Buffalo Bills will need to hit on multiple draft picks this April, as their cap situation will hinder what they can do in free agency. There will be a lot of talent in the mid-to-late rounds, and these guys could be difference makers for Buffalo should they decide to call their names.

WR Jamari Thrash, Louisville

Thrash showed off his separation all week in practice. Not only that, his ability to adjust while the ball is in the air was very apparent throughout the week. He caught a touchdown pass from South Carolina quarterback Spencer Rattler in team drills on Thursday, and showcased that ability to separate, as well.

Getting a capable mid-round receiver for Josh Allen certainly wouldn't be a bad idea, even if they already grabbed one in round one or two. Buffalo needs play-makers, and Thrash has the ability to be a good complimentary guy at the next level.

DL T'Vondre Sweat, Texas

Sweat may have been the most dominating player of the week. He manhandled offensive linemen in the trenches on all three days, and showed off his incredible brute strength in the process.

Sweat's draft stock may have gone up to the point where he doesn't get out of the first round, but should he slip, into the early-to-mid second, Buffalo should consider moving up to help out a defensive line that will lose pieces this offseason.

EDGE Adisa Isaac, Penn State

Isaac had a terrific week, consistently generating pressure on the quarterback. In specific, he got to Bo Nix on consecutive plays during team drills, and did so almost instantly.

The Bills need a star edge rusher. Von Miller doesn't look like he will be that guy anymore, and they will potentially lose their next closest thing to that in A.J. Epenesa in free agency. This isn't to say Isaac will become T.J. Watt, but could he become a guy who gets 12-14 sacks per season? I think so.
