There's a big gigantic game going down on Sunday. We're of course talking about the 2025 Puppy Bowl that will go down on Sunday at 2:00 PM ET on Animal Planet.
While it sucks that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills will not be participating in the Super Bowl that day, they will be participating in the Puppy Bowl. well, sort of. At least one pup named after Josh Allen will be there.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Paws Allen.
Here's Animal Planet's description of Allen:
"As a member of Team Fluff, this Labrador Retriever mix comes from Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue in Buffalo, New York. Like his namesake, Paws Allen is known for his incredible arm strength – especially when it comes to tug-of-war! He’s sure to get the crowd cheering on gameday!"
If you're interested in adopting Paws, you can fill out a form with Buddy's Second Chance Rescue here. Even if you're late to the party and you can't adopt Paws, there are a ton of dogs at Buddy's that need homes, and any of them would make great friends.
We'll see how Paws plays on Sunday. If he's anything like the guy he's named after, you can expect multiple touchdowns and you can expect that he's going to show off his mobility.
