Though the Carolina Panthers have Chuba Hubbard and Miles Sanders, the 2024 NFL Draft is one they have scouted at that position thoroughly.

That didn't change on Wednesday.

According to Aaron Wilson, a national and Houston Texans reporter with KPRC 2 Houston, the Panthers, among several teams, had a visit with Alabama running back Jase McClellan

The Panthers weren't merely an exclusive. He also has met with the Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Rams, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings in the lead-up to the draft.

During his career, the 21-year-old back rushed for 1,981 yards and 16 touchdowns.

His best year came in 2023 when he collected 890 yards on eight touchdowns on 4.9 yards per carry.

Against the University of Michigan, McClellan ran for 87 yards and two touchdowns, really putting himself on NFL radars.

It appears the Panthers at least wanted to know more about him. As the organization should.
