In the midst of an 0-4 start, the Carolina Panthers do have some good news.

Offensive lineman Austin Corbett could be returning from injury soon, giving quarterback Bryce Young the needed help up front.

On Monday, Panthers head coach Frank Reich explained that Corbett could be returning soon, but outside of that admission, he did not divulge details.

“It could be soon,” he replied. “It could be really soon.”

Corbett tore his ACL at the tail end of the 2022 season. He has been recovering ever since.

His pending return from injury couldn't come at a better time. In Week 4, Young was sacked five times and the Panthers couldn't run the ball at all.

If he is able to be sure up the offensive line with his presence, the Panthers may no longer have the worst offensive line in the league — barely.
