Carolina Panthers to hold joint practice with New York Jets
For the second year in a row, the Carolina Panthers will get a personal look at the New York Jets.
For the second time in as many years, the Carolina Panthers will get an up close and personal look at the New York Jets.
During the 2023 season, the Panthers' joint practice with the Jets in Spartanburg, South Carolina, was limited due to heavy rains.

The Panthers coaches have a bit of history with the Jets' coaching staff.
Panthers head coach Dave Canales and Jets head coach Robert Saleh were quality control coaches in Seattle at the start of their respective careers.
"We were together for Super Bowl 48 and then he left shortly after that, so we’ve had about a 13 or 14-year relationship," Canales said. "We were able to practice with them last year in Tampa and so we just kind of talked about doing that again."
The practices are an opportunity for the Panthers to get a look at a 4-3 defensive front, Canales said.
"We need that work," he added.
Another intimate session with the Jets could give future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers some time to bestow knowledge on second-year quarterback Bryce Young. That couldn't hurt.
