Shortly after the completion of the 2024 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers agreed to an undrafted free agent deal with Tennessee Vols offensive lineman Jeremiah Crawford.
If you're a big college football fan, you might remember Crawford going viral during Tennessee's win against Alabama in 2022.
In the fourth quarter, as the Vols were huddling before their next play, Crawford vomited on the field and then nodded his head at Alabama defensive lineman Byron Young.
Young said he told Crawford on the field after the vomiting episode that he was "nasty".
Vols head coach Josh Heupel told On3's Andy Staples at SEC Media Days last summer that Crawford's vomiting situation was one of the "all time great clips".
"Didn't see it until the next day when (communications director) Bill (Martin) showed it to me," said Heupel. "It's one of the all-time great clips — in particular for an offensive lineman….intimidating and disgusting, but yeah, we'll let it all roll."
Crawford will have plenty of chances to vomit this summer in the North Carolina heat as he tries to win a spot on the Panthers' 53-man roster.
