The Los Angeles Chargers released their first injury report on Wednesday ahead of their Week 1 tilt against the Miami Dolphins.
While the Dolphins have an injury list nearly a dozen players long, the Chargers are pretty healthy right now. They only listed two players on the injury report, and neither player practiced in full to start off the week.
Check it out down below:
| Player | Injury | Wednesday |
|---|---|---|
LB Daiyan Henley | Hamstring | DNP |
LB Chris Rumph II | Hamstring | LP |
KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related
Injury report observations:
- Only LB Daiyan Henley was out of practice to start the week, showing this team is quite healthy heading into the season.
- CB JC Jackson, who suffered a season-ending knee injury last year, is not listed on the report. He should be good to go for Week 1 of the 2023 NFL season.
- DE Joey Bosa, TE Gerald Everett, WR Quentin Johnston, and LT Rashawn Slater all missed time early on in August with an illness. They all appear good to go for Week 1.
