Bengals vs Chargers Wednesday Injury Report

First things first, quarterback Joe Burrow (wrist/bicep) took a beating last Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens but is fine. Head coach Zac Taylor said he was bruised following the game, but his practice time hasn't been limited because of it.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins (quad), Charlie Jones (groin), and left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (knee/fibula) did not play against the Ravens and only Higgins practiced some on Wednesday. Higgins going limited is a good sign that he's on track to returning for "Sunday Night Football" after he's missed the previous three games. Taylor also said that both Higgins and Brown went through the team's walkthrough this week, which is good news for both.
Edge defender Trey Hendrickson (neck) and linebacker Logan Wilson (quad) were each limited while defensive tackle B.J. Hill (knee) and linebacker Joe Bachie (hip) did not practice at all. Hill has missed two-and-a-half games this year with separate injuries.
As for the Chargers, edge defender Khalil Mack (groin) was the only injured player to miss practice. Former Bengals tight end Hayden Hurst was a DNP due to personal reasons. Several others were limited including edge defender Joey Bosa (hip), running back Gus Edwards (ankle), and cornerback Kristian Fulton (hamstring).
