CINCINNATI – The Bengals lost Larry Ogunjobi to free agency, but they may have found his replacement in Zachary Carter with the 95th overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Granted, Ogunjobi's future is up-in-the-air after he failed his physical with the Bears. There have been slight whispers that he may return to Cincinnati, but one would think that would've happened by now.

And now, it definitely doesn't seem like it will happen after the Bengals' most recent draft pick.

Carter needs time to fully develop into what he can become, but he'll receive exactly that as he sits behind D.J. Reader and B.J. Hill in 2022.

There is a chance Carter could end up as an outside defensive end, but for now, he has enough size at 6-foot-4, 282-pounds to where the Bengals can move him around until he gets comfortable.
