Bengals Injury Report: Zac Taylor clears the air with Amarius Mims ahead of Week 2 matchup vs. Jaguars
Mims will play against Jacksonville.
The Cincinnati Bengals, for a second straight week to begin the season, are fully healthy entering the weekend. Cincinnati’s final injury report for Week 2 has the same names on it from Thursday’s report, but all 53 players on the active roster are healthy enough to play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Here is where the Bengals stand in terms of injuries following Friday’s practice.
Bengals vs. Jaguars Friday Injury Report

Defensive tackle B.J. Hill (rest), right tackle Amarius Mims (ankle), and long snapper William Wagner (hamstring) are all good to go for the game. Hill got a half-rest day on Thursday, Mims went limited Wednesday and Thursday, and Wagner didn’t miss any practice time.
Head coach Zac Taylor stated Mims was limited due to soreness, but shouldn’t have any limitations for Sunday.
Cincinnati is down to just eight offensive linemen on the active roster. Cody Ford is the backup swing tackle, and Jalen Rivers can also rep at either guard or tackle if needed, but it would not be surprising to see Andrew Coker elevated off the practice squad just in case Mims’ soreness develops into something more during the game.
We’ll update this post when the Jaguars release their final injury report. . .

Offensive lineman Wyatt Milum (knee), who was inactive for Week 1 with the same injury, did not practice all week and is the only Jag that’s been declared out. Cornerback Montaric Brown (ankle) remained limited throughout the week and is considered doubtful to play.
Foye Oluokun (illness) missed Thursday but returned Friday and is good to go, along with starting right tackle Anton Harrison (back), and backup OL Cole Van Lanen (shoulder).
