The Cincinnati Bengals have completed their week of practice leading up to Sunday’s game against the New York Jets, and there will be a handful of injured players waiting to see if they can play.

Let’s check out Cincinnati’s injury full report for Week 8:

Observations

  • Defensive end Trey Hendrickson (hip) is officially questionable for Sunday. The four-time Pro Bowler missed last week’s game. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday and then did not practice at all Friday. He figures to be a game-time decision barring an update leading up to kickoff.
  • DE Cam Sample (knee), center Matt Lee (knee), and cornerback Marco Wilson (hamstring) are all doubtful as they all missed Friday’s practice as well. Lee and Sample at least practiced some this week, but Wilson was a DNP all three days.
  • DE Cedric Johnson (knee) is questionable but needs to be activated to the 53-man roster in order to play. Cincinnati would need to make a corresponding move to boot another player off the roster for that to happen.
  • Tight end Tanner Hudson (concussion) was not given a game status, which means he’s cleared the concussion protocol and can play this weekend.

Observations

  • Quarterback Tyrod Taylor (knee) is officially questionable but head coach Aaron Glenn told reporters Friday the veteran QB is trending in the right direction. Glenn will refrain from announcing which QB between Taylor and Justin Fields will start Sunday. Fields was benched for Taylor last week.
  • Cornerback Sauce Gardner (concussion) and wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) are among six Jets who are out for Sunday. Defensive tackle Jay Tufele, who played three years in Cincinnati, is also out.
  • Rookie tight end Mason Taylor (quad) was limited Friday after missing Thursday’s practice. He is one of five Jets who are questionable.
