The Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns have more shared history than even most divisional rivals. They were both founded by the same legendary figure in Paul Brown, after all, so  it's no wonder their uniform colors are only separated by the difference between black and brown.

The Browns will be debuting new uniforms starting this season; an all-white alternate throwback featuring a white helmet that's the inverse of their normal orange helmet.

Sound familiar? Indeed it does.

The Bengals donned their own all-white alternate with a white-based helmet last season, and they'll now be joined by the Browns with alternate white helmets to go with white jerseys and pants.

This was indeed a color combination used by the Browns all the way back in the 1940s before the Bengals even existed, but remember who created the Browns? That's right, the father of current Bengals president Mike Brown.

In response to the Browns unveiling strikingly similar uniforms as Cincinnati's White Bengal look, the Bengals Twitter account posted an excerpt from Paul Brown's A Football Life documentary, in which Mike quoted his father about the team's uniform similarities.

"Who ripped off whose uniform?"

Oh, snap.

At least the Browns had the decency to not schedule these uniforms against the Bengals this year.
