The Cincinnati Bengals have a ton of motivation for the 2023 season after coming one win short of a second consecutive Super Bowl appearance, and quarterback Joe Burrow isn't wasting time getting back to work.
In the second video on an Instagram post last week from Patrick Coyne, owner of the Black Sheep Performance Facility in Cincinnati, Burrow is training with strength and conditioning coach Dak Notestine.
Burrow has been working with Notestine since his days at Athens High School in The Plains, Ohio.
The former LSU Tiger is coming off of a stellar season for the Bengals with 4,475 yards and 35 touchdown passes, tied with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen for the second-most in the NFL. Burrow also earned his first Pro Bowl nod in 2022.
Burrow had to overcome a huge roadblock from his rookie year in 2020 when he suffered a torn ACL and MCL as well as damage to his PCL and meniscus. However, since then, Burrow has proven the Bengals' front office made the right decision when he was drafted in the first round, and he has been the biggest reason the Bengals have become a powerhouse in the AFC after years of despair.
