Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow talked some major trash this week and no one seemed to notice.

At least not until Burrow explained himself a bit.

The former LSU star posted a photo on Instagram of himself running onto the field with the caption "Jon Snow".

Jon Snow is a character on the hugely popular TV show "Game of Thrones".

I saw the post and I just assumed that Burrow is a big fan of the show. I didn't give it much thought after that.

On Wednesday, The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr tweeted that Burrow was asked what the caption meant.

Burrow responded, "King of the North, baby".

Jon Snow was the "King of the North" in Game of Thrones (actually, in the show it was King in the North, but I digress).

Burrow posted the photo after beating the Baltimore Ravens, so the insinuation is that the Bengals are the Kings of the AFC North.

With the Bengals winning their second straight division title this season, it's hard to argue with Burrow.
