A Cincinnati Bengals defender sent a strong message to fans this past week during training camp.

Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson said in Cincy's locker room (via the Bengals' official Twitter account) that he thinks the Bengals have the best crowd in the NFL.

"I think that our crowd is one of — if not the best — in the NFL," said Wilson. "I think it's going to be another hell of a year. I'm looking forward to those fans helping us win games on the field. And they help us for sure on defense."

Not all NFL teams have rabid fan bases like the Bengals.

Going to a Cincinnati game is like going to be a big-time Big 10 game or a marquee SEC game — the fans are loud and they live and die with every snap. That kind of energy can be absent from a lot of NFL stadiums, but that's not the case in Cincy — it can get rowdy at Paycor Stadium.

It's certainly nice for fans that Wilson, along with other Bengals players, don't just notice the great crowds at Cincinnati games, but they view those great crowds as a key part of the team's success.
