Wednesday's estimated injury report nearly matches what Thursday's ended up being and the only difference is Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder) was a full participant. Defensive tackles Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) and B.J. Hill (hamstring) each did not practice again, and neither did edge defender Trey Hendrickson (illness).

Rankins and Hill are on track to miss back-to-back games this weekend as neither have practiced since Week 2. Hendrickson is still under the weather, but participating Friday could be a sign that he'll play. If he doesn't, Cincinnati's pass rush will be in the worst possible spot.

As for the Panthers, Right guard Damien Lewis (elbow), nose tackle Shy Tuttle (foot), and special teamer Lonnie Johnson (groin) did not practice for a second consecutive day and wide receiver Diontae Johnson (groin) also missed practice. The team does expect Johnson to play Sunday, and holding him out Thursday is for precautionary reasons.

Edge defender Jadeveon Clowney returned to practice as a full participant and running back Chuba Hubbard () went full as well. Defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson (knee) was limited.
