Bengals Injury Report: Tee Higgins makes notable progress while Bills add another DNP
Bengals WR Tee Higgins is on track to play against the Bills.
It’s still cold out there for Cincinnati Bengals practice as they best prepare for the elements awaiting them on Sunday when they take on the Buffalo Bills in NFL Week 14. Thankfully for the visiting team, all signs are pointing in a positive direction for one of their best players.
Let’s take a look at Thursday’s injury reports for both the Bengals and Bills.
Bengals Thursday injury report
| Player | Injury | W/T/F | Designation |
| HB Tahj Brooks | Concussion | Limited/Full | — |
| HB Chase Brown | Calf | Full/Full | — |
| WR Jermaine Burton | Ankle | Full/Full | — |
| DE Trey Hendrickson | Hip/Pelvis | DNP/DNP | — |

| LB Shaka Heyward* | Fibula | Limited/Limited | — |
| WR Tee Higgins | Concussion | Limited/Full | — |
| DE Cam Sample | Oblique | Full/Full | — |
Observations
- Tee Higgins (concussion) and Tahj Brooks (concussion) both went full after being limited Wednesday, which is a great sign for their availability to play Sunday against Buffalo. Both players suffered their concussions during Cincinnati’s Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots. Higgins, who missed a combined 10 games from 2023-24, has only missed last week’s contest against the Baltimore Ravens this season.
- Chase Brown (calf) was a surprise listing on Wednesday’s injury report but has been a full participant in the last two practices. Brown has yet to miss a game this season and has racked up at least 100 yards from scrimmage in each of the last six games.
- Shaka Heyward (fibula) remained limited like he was Wednesday and was the only limited participant. Heyward was cleared to practice this week after missing the last four games and remains on the Reserve/Injured list.
