The only new addition to Cincinnati's injury report from yesterday is running back Chase Brown (quad), who went limited Thursday. Midweek additions are rarely good news as the injury either happened during practice, or were discovered after the previous practice. The Bengals could've made it a light day for the second-year running back, but it's possible Brown is dealing with an injury that will cloud his status for Sunday night.

Cincinnati's run game has been a healthy mix of Brown and Zack Moss (foot), who returned Thursday after missing Wednesday. The only backup RB on the active roster is Trayveon Williams. More clarification on the position will come tomorrow when head coach Zac Taylor speaks again. Moss, at least, is trending positively by returning to practice.

Everything else for Cincinnati was positive as tight end Mike Gesicki (hamstring) returned to practice along with Moss (foot). Gesicki and Moss were limited along with defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) and Joseph Ossai (shoulder). Everyone else went full.

As for the Giants, rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol and now has one more day to practice. The Athletic's Dan Duggen reports that Nabers didn't do any football-related drills Thursday.

Nabers can still clear the protocol tomorrow and practice, but that would need to happen if he is to play Sunday night. Head coach Zac Taylor is preparing for this to be the case.

"He didn’t play last week and we would expect him to play this week. He’ll be a real challenge for us," Taylor said Wednesday. "They move him around. He’s a guy they clearly get touches. He’s done great job taking that all in. Obviously, they put a lot on his plate and he handles it, it appears, and he’s a real weapon for them. I’m sure they feel pretty good about that pick."

Edge defender Kayvon Thibodeaux (wrist) missed practice again along with guard Jon Runyan (illness) and wide receiver Bryce Ford-Wheaton (shoulder).
