Taylor-Britt was involved in two separate incidents in 2025, and both occurred in downtown Cincinnati.

Cincinnati police cited him on June 18 for reckless driving, as he had five people in the car, according to police records. Police also accused Taylor-Britt of driving without a valid license. Taylor-Britt’s defense attorney claims he recently acquired a valid license, per Sick’s report.

“I just want to apologize, first and foremost, for my actions,” Taylor-Britt told Judge Bernie Bouchard Tuesday. “That I have put everyone else through.”

The Bengals have not released an official comment on Taylor-Britt’s booking.
