The Cincinnati Bengals are as focused as ever as they prepare for their first-round playoff game this weekend against the Baltimore Ravens.

Cincinnati came up a game short of winning the Super Bowl last season, but the season was still viewed as a wild success because most folks didn't even expect the Bengals to make the playoffs, let alone reach the Super Bowl.

Can they finish the job this season?

ESPN doesn't seem to think they will.

On Thursday, ESPN's Bill Barnwell predicted how the playoffs will go and he doesn't have the Bengals winning the Super Bowl.

In fact, he doesn't even have Cincy making it to the big game.

Barnwell has the Bengals beating the Ravens 24-7 in the first round of the playoffs.

He then has Cincinnati losing by three points to the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round of the playoffs.

From ESPN:

We know Burrow can do it in the postseason on the road because he beat the Titans and Chiefs and nearly toppled the Rams in their home stadium in the Super Bowl. I wouldn't be shocked if the Bengals beat Buffalo, and they deserve to be right alongside the Bills and Chiefs in the top tier of teams in the AFC. It's just easier for me to imagine a scenario in which Buffalo and frigid conditions in western New York force Burrow into an unrecoverable mistake. Prediction: Bills 27, Bengals 24.

Fortunately for the Bengals, these predictions mean nothing. And all bets are off in the playoffs.

The game will be played in Buffalo, so that works to the Bills' advantage, but Cincinnati is certainly more than capable of winning a playoff game against Buffalo.
