A new name was added to the Cincinnati Bengals' injury report for Week 4, but the three from Wednesday's report are still listed as well.

Quarterback Joe Burrow (calf) remains a full participant following a gusty winning performance that featured no setbacks to his right calf. Burrow has now practiced full in back-to-back days for the first time since Week 2.

Wide receiver/punt returner Charlie Jones (thumb) and tight end Irv Smith Jr. (hamstring) missed practice for the second straight day (Wednesday was a walkthrough), and linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee) went limited.

Jones and Smith are on track to miss Sunday's matchup with the Tennessee Titans, which would have obvious implications. The Bengals' backup punt returner is Trenton Irwin, who was inactive last week, so he'd get the nod there and return to the rotation at wide receiver. Irwin and Iosivas would be the reserve receivers behind the trio of Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd.

The Bengals had to play without Smith last week and replaced him with practice squad player Tanner Hudson. Burrow targeted Hudson four times against the Los Angeles Rams, and the veteran tight end ended up with two receptions for 30 yards.

Davis-Gaither has played just 14 defensive snaps for Cincinnati this season, so his impact will mostly be felt on special teams, where he's played a team-high 64.
