The last home game of the Cincinnati Bengals' (6-8) season will be against the Denver Broncos (9-5) in Week 17, and the NFL has finally revealed what day the game be played on.

Cincinnati will host Denver on Saturday, December 28 at 4:30pm ET.

The game will be broadcasted on NFL Network featuring a broadcasting crew from CBS. Per Bengals.com, the team's final home game will also be "Bengals Fan Dey," featuring various giveaways and special recognitions for Bengals fans.

This is the third consecutive season the Bengals will play on a Saturday. They defeated the New England Patriots on a Saturday tilt in Week 16 of the 2022 season, and went 1-1 in Saturday games in 2023 with a Week 15 win over the Minnesota Vikings and a Week 16 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bengals' remaining 2024 schedule

  • Week 16 vs Cleveland Browns: Sunday, December 22, 1:00pm ET
  • Week 17 vs Denver Broncos: Saturday, December 28, 4:30pm ET
  • Week 18 @ Pittsburgh Steelers: TBD

The Bengals need to win out in order to have a chance at making the playoffs. They would make it if the Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins each lost one more game, and if either the Broncos or Los Angeles Chargers loss their final three games. 

For obvious reasons, Bengals vs Broncos carries mighty importance. Even if the Bengals win against the Browns, a loss to the Broncos would effectively end their season. The league has chosen the matchup for one of the three primetime Saturday slots for this reason.
