The Cincinnati Bengals made a big acquisition this past week by signing free agent offensive lineman La'el Collins.

Cincinnati has now made three key additions to their offensive line this offseason. Earlier this month, the Bengals signed guard Alex Cappa and guard/center Ted Karras.

The Bengals' offensive line has essentially gone from a weakness to a strength in a matter of weeks.

In Collins, Cincinnati is getting a confident player who graded as one of the top 15 offensive tackles in the league last year.

His confidence should get Bengals fans fired up. Collins came into town this past week on a mission — he wants to win multiple championships in Cincinnati.

“The only goal to is to win championships, and I say that win an ‘s’ — a strong ‘s,’” said Collins this week. “Because I want to win championships with this team. This is definitely the team to do it.”

It's truly unbelievable how much the Bengals' culture has changed in the past two years.

Quarterback Joe Burrow, of course, was the catalyst for that change. He brought an entirely new vibe to the franchise. Burrow expects to win. And his approach has permeated the locker room.

It's also helped the Bengals bring like-minded players (such as Collins) to Cincinnati.

Winning a Super Bowl is one of the hardest things in sports to do. A lot of things have to go right. But I believe in Burrow and players like Collins so much that I'd be shocked if the Bengals aren't hoisting a Lombardi Trophy at some point in the next couple of years.
