The Cleveland Browns have just two games left this season after their 23-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills that dropped them to 3-12 on the season

Cleveland’s loss to the Bills has them at the No. 3 overall draft pick for next April’s 2026 NFL Draft. The Browns have two first-round picks thanks to the draft-day trade from last April with the Jacksonville Jaguars. While the Browns knocked it out of the park in 2025 with their draft class, they need to do it again to speed up this rebuild. Following another Browns loss, let’s go through a 4-round mock draft.

Round 1, Pick 3: QB Dante Moore, Oregon

While Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza is the favorite to go No. 1 overall, Moore has the highest ceiling in the draft. There isn’t a quarterback with better arm talent in the draft and Moore has checked all of the boxes in his one season as a starter for the Oregon Ducks. Not many folks know that Moore is from the Cleveland area, and he makes a lot of sense to bring home.

Round 1, Pick 27: WR Makai Lemon, USC

Cleveland needs more weapons on offense and Lemon is just that. The Biletnikoff Award winner went for 1,156 yards and 11 touchdowns this season. The USC product should be able to thrive in the slot at the NFL level where he’s a real threat once he gets the ball in his hands. Lemon gets open against man or zone coverage and may end up going earlier than this pick.

Round 2, Pick 38: OT Isaiah World, Oregon

While I’d like to pick an offensive tackle in the first round, the board isn’t shaping up like that with how late the pick is from the Jaguars. Cleveland finds a tackle with potential starting ability in the second round, and a player who could hold down one of the tackle spots for the foreseeable future. The Browns have to undergo a large revamp of the offensive line this offseason.

Round 3, Pick 69: TE Eli Stowers, Vanderbilt

David Njoku is scheduled to be a free agent and the Browns have their guy at the tight end position with Harold Fannin Jr. Stowers would give the Browns another dynamic weapon at the position who can move around like a wide receiver and has a knack for getting open. A key playmaker from Day 1 for the rookie quarterback.

Round 4, Pick 104: C Parker Brailsford, Alabama

The Browns could be replacing three interior offensive linemen this offseason with Wyatt Teller and Ethan Pocic scheduled to be free agents, and Joel Bitonio has thought about retirement each of the last couple of offseasons. Cleveland has to get younger in the trenches and they spent their second of the first five picks to do just that. Luke Wypler might be the option on the interior for the Browns, but that hasn’t been proven yet. Brailsford could compete for the job on Day 1.
