It was a disappointing end to the season for the Cleveland Browns but it shouldn’t cover up what they did this year.

Cleveland was 11-7 through a ton of significant injuries to some key players. This team was successful because of the culture that has been built by head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry.

Following the tough loss to the Houston Texans, Berry showed his true character in a tough moment for the team.

Berry stood at the entrance to the locker room and greeted every player and coach that entered. It was a gesture that likely meant something to each of those individuals in the moment.

Cleveland was a favorite to win the game and lost 45-14. It wasn’t expected or the result that anyone saw coming, including those inside of the building. C.J. Stroud and the Texans throttled the Browns on both sides of the ball. The Browns have work to do I’ve tree off-season to continue their quest for a Super Bowl. Getting healthy has to be at the top of the list.

Berry and Stefanski have been with Cleveland since 2020 and the franchise has had some of their best years following those hirings. It has everything to do with what Berry has built —along with the coaches and front office — all the way up to Jimmy and Dee Haslam.
