It is that time for preseason game No. 3 for the Cleveland Browns. As expected, a bunch of players will not be playing.

Cleveland took part in a pair of intense joint practices earlier in the week where the starters got most of their work in at.

In this third preseason game, we won’t really be seeing any starters from either side, as there is no reason to risk injury after already practicing with each other earlier in the week.

Notably for Cleveland, neither of the top two quarterbacks on the depth chart is expected to play. Deshaun Watson and Joshua Dobbs aren’t expected to be playing, as exciting rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson will get the start. Kellen Mond will relieve the rookie.

This third preseason game is the biggest opportunity for end-of-the-roster guys to show the coaches they belong in terms of the games. By the fourth preseason game, there is a pretty good idea of who is making the team.
