The return for Deshaun Watson did not last long in Week 7 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Late in the first quarter against the Colts, Watson exited after his head bounced off the ground. It comes on his first game back after missing the last two with a bruised rotator cuff.

At the time of the injury, Watson was 1-of-5 passing with an interception. On the play that Watson was hurt, he threw a would-be interception that was turned over after review.

Just as the Browns’ offense gets their starting quarterback on the field, he exits after hitting the ground hard.

Early on against the Colts, the ball hasn’t come out very well for Watson. He missed a couple of routine throws.

After Watson exited, backup quarterback P.J. Walker entered the game. Walker was the starter in the win over the San Francisco 49ers last week.

Watson was evaluated for a concussion and cleared, according to the CBS broadcast.
