There is some uncertainty around the most important position in the game for the Cleveland Browns in Week 6.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson is still dealing with a shoulder injury that is now known to be a rotator cuff contusion, per Tom Pelissero.

Watson did not play in Week 4 before the bye week against the Baltimore Ravens due to the shoulder injury that came about in Week 3. It was a surprise to all that Watson did not play, the belief is he was going to after being questionable going in.

On Monday, Watson did not practice with the team outside and is being called ‘day-to-day’.

Things did not go well for rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson against the Ravens and with the 49ers up next, throwing the rookie out there is a big worry. On the other hand, sending an injured Watson out there against the physicality of the San Francisco 49ers is not ideal.

More information on the injury will come out as the week goes on and we’ll be able to see if Watson can practice or not. As of now, things are up in the air behind center.
