Observations

Cleveland is not going to be hit hard with top-end talent being a free agent. Grant Delpit was locked up to an extension during the season and he was the one to worry about. Their biggest loss would be Smith, who totaled 5.5 sacks for the Browns opposite of Myles Garrett. Overall, there are five starters in this group.

The Browns could realistically bring back double-digit players from this list. Bryant, Harris, Phillips, Elliott, and Takitaki are all players that Cleveland has drafted and developed. Seeing the majority of that group back would not be a surprise.

Smith, Harris, and Walker are three veteran free agents that Cleveland will have to look will have to decide on. Alex Wright and Ogbo Okoronkwo could possibly replace Smith while bringing back Takitaki over Walker could happen.

The playoffs and Super Bowl still have to finish up before we get to the new NFL calendar, but it’s easy to see who Cleveland is going to have to make choices on.
