The Cleveland Browns can take a deep breath because they’ve clinched the playoffs and will be playing into the second week of January.
It can’t be talked about enough on the job that Kevin Stefanski has done leading this team to 11 wins so far. Many people counted the Browns out with all of the injuries but they’ve never wavered.
Following the win over the New York Jets, Stefanski’s locker room speech is one you’ll want to watch and you can see it below.
“The journey continues and we’re just getting started,” Stefanski told the locker room after the game. “What you did tonight is you earned that second season, that’s what you earned.”
The Browns have taken it one week at a time all season, that is a motto that Stefanski has put a big point of emphasis on. As of late, it’s working well and the Browns have won four straight games.
“What this team has shown time and time again is ‘I will fight my a** off for my teammates’. I'm telling you, fellas, you earned it tonight.”
Through all of the injuries, Cleveland has continued to find a way. Depth has stepped up huge for the Browns and every time you think that an injury is going to collapse them, they have found a way.
