Cleveland Browns are soon going to have a pretty big position to fill on their coaching staff.

It has been thought that it was only a matter of time, but it looks like the Browns are going to lose offensive line coach Bill Callahan. Bill’s son Brian Callahan was recently named the new head coach for the Tennessee Titans and that is where Bill is inevitably heading.

Since the new head coach of the Titans left the Cincinnati Bengals, it was believed it would only be a matter of time before the Browns lost the offensive line guru. Cleveland has done the right thing and granted permission for their offensive line coach to interview with the Titans. While it may not be much of an interview between the father and son, it is the due process. For Bill, this is an unbelievable opportunity that folks dream about.

Cleveland will soon have to figure out their next offensive line coach after Callahan has been with the team for four seasons. If the Browns stay in-house, expect them to give the job to assistant offensive line coach Scott Peters.

Unfortunate news for the Browns, but they do the morally right thing and allow a father and son to team up in what is a pretty great story.
