Cleveland Browns have likely dodged what could have been a bigger loss than what they took against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.

Star defensive end Myles Garrett exited the game in a walking boot after the 28-3 loss to the Garrett. He came down awkwardly on his ankle after rolling up on himself. Thankfully for his and the Browns’ sake, he should be fine.

“I’ll be ready,” Garrett said when asked about his availability following the bye week.

Cleveland will now have a week off in Week 5 before hosting the San Francisco 49ers in two weeks. The 49ers, who will likely come in at 4-0, will be a tough test against Cleveland in every way.

Little of the 28-3 loss to the Ravens had to do with Garrett, who recorded a sack and three quarterback hits on Ravens’ Lamar Jackson. The defense wasn’t the same they had been the first three weeks but they were good enough to win if the offense could have figured it out.

Through four games, Garrett is up to 5.5 sacks. Jim Schwartz’s defense has to feel pretty good about where they’re at through four games.

Cleveland is now 2-2 on the season and should have their best player out there in Week 6 when they play again.
