Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett had his way in a win over the Tennessee Titans but offered a helping hand following the 27-3 win.

Garrett had 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble against the Titans and it was left tackle Andre Dillard that he beat time and time again. Despite being a bully on the field, Garrett gave Dillard some good words after the game.

“I talked to him after the game and he told me his inputs, I’m just trying to get better,” said Dillard. “He told me what he saw and what he liked about my game and what I could have done differently.”

Garrett is a veteran in the NFL and one of the best at his position. Dillard is in his first season with the Titans and as a full-time starter after coming over from the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dillard was asked if he appreciated the constructive criticism and he answered it professionally.

“I do definitely, especially from a player as good as him,” said Dillard. “It’s cool to see it from his perspective.”

It was a tough day for Dillard, but it’s a tough game for most left tackles who have to try to stop Garrett from getting to the passer. Overall, the Browns sacked Ryan Tannehill five times.

“When you go through stuff like that all you can do is keep playing the next play. Don’t let your head hang or it’ll just spiral.”
