We’re less than 90 minutes until kickoff between the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers in an AFC North clash.
While Cleveland looks to move to 2-0 and the Steelers look to pick up their first win, both teams will be bothered by the injury bug in the Monday Night Football matchup.
Wide receiver Amari Cooper aggravated his groin and was questionable for tonight’s game, as was defensive tackle Siaki Ika and safety Juan Thornhill.
Thornhill is making his debut against the Steelers tonight after missing Week 1 with a calf injury. The free agent signee had a pick-six in the preseason and is one that fans are excited to see out there.
Pittsburgh won’t have their top wideout Diontae Johnson or defensive tackle Cam Heyward. Both players have went on the Steelers’ injured reserve.
Cooper is going to give it a go, as his workout on the field before the game went well. On the other side, Ika is going to be inactive for the second straight week with the foot injury.
Browns inactive list:
An important element works in Deshaun Watson’s favor big time tonight
This will surely help the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback.
